The food paradigm
Food paradigm has changed over the last decades. The question of food waste has turned out to be one of the major challenges of the XXI Century. Hence, there is a great need to rethink food. But, what does it mean? Rethinking food can be define as new mentality focused on creating more sustainable and equitable food systems.
