During the event, we will set the scene on current challenges related to food waste in Europe and Result 2 of the project will be showcased to the audience: the Hands-on manual for food waste prevention and sustainable food practices. This manual will act as a tool to primarily raise awareness on food waste prevention and food waste management, as well as to transfer and capitalise on innovative practices to track food waste, mapping existing practices and initiatives in Europe and beyond.
